How did you find me?

We are licensed and registered investigators for the state of California, so we get access to specialized public records.

Our team uses additional services to locate your phone number, email, and any other needed info to proceed with your claim.

How much is this going to cost?

Nothing upfront – we don’t get paid until AFTER you receive your funds.

We pay for everything upfront so our clients don’t have to. We do charge a 10% fee of the total claim amount. This helps cover our costs for attorneys, notaries, administration, postage, staff, and any other costs to process your claim.

The government will pay us that 10% fee directly from your claim amount – so you don’t have to worry about sending us payment.

Can I claim it myself? Why should I use your services?

Yes you absolutely can make the claim yourself.

But remember, the state doesn’t want to surrender the money they’re collecting interest on – that’s why the process is difficult.

If the exact documents required for proof of entitlement are not submitted with your claim, the government will deny the claim, and you usually won’t find out for 3-4 months. Also, they won’t tell you WHY the claim was denied, and you’ll have to start all over not even knowing what to submit the next time.

They also don’t make it very easy to know what documents are required for your specific case – this is something we specialize in.

Remember, if the money/asset isn’t successfully reclaimed within a certain amount of time, it will “escheat” to the government permanently – meaning, they keep it forever.

How long does it take?

Our team will guide you through the process and paperwork within a couple days. The payment process depends on the state’s backlog – usually a few months (it’s the government).

Why isn’t the state reaching out to me directly?

The state is earning interest on your money. They don’t really want you to claim it because that means they no longer earn that interest.

But legally, they have to provide a process for you to claim the money if it’s rightfully yours.

They do make the process difficult in order to lower the chances of you claiming it successfully – that’s where we come in with our experience and expertise.
